private. We do randomly however from time to time briefly scan messages to
ensure a pleasant environment. We will never disclose your messages. However we
are required to give information to legal authorities if they have the proper

third party payment vendor. This is for use by the vendor to verify who you are
and to prevent credit card fraud. We do not have access to any credit card
details such as credit card numbers etc. We can however have access to your home
address and telephone number if you have provided one. This information is kept
securely on our payment vendors secure server.
CONDUCT
You are solely responsible for the actions of anyone using any Screen Name
provided to you and the content of your transmissions through the Service. You
agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service

You agree to post photographs that must include you but do not contain

other users is private. You hereby release us and all other Members from any
liability for invasion of privacy, defamation, false light, and related torts,

agree not to rely on or use for any purchase decision to upgrade to a VIP
(payable) Membership the number of Winks, messages, admirers you receive or

CANCELLATION
